good friday
i've come to appreciate the quiet mornings i get - these are best matched with an early night though!
so i've learnt that life is not about trying to grab everything in your way but evaluating what's most important. some things had to take a back seat for a while but now that that's settled a bit and my heart is a little calmer i must work towards the other things on my list.
one of them is getting back on my exercise regime - not an occasional one - but a regular one to give me all the oxygen i've missed in my body and the lovely ache in my muscles that reminds me of a good stretch and work out: what's good for the body is eventually good for the soul. so i'm going to try to aim for 2 runs a week and one swim or 2 swims a week and one run.
i think i've come to meet so many amazing and inspiring people these past years - i'm truly thankful for that. i pray that i will have more compassion, be a much kinder person and that people will think of me this way too.
