i've always loved the effect of watercolour for it's calming and dreamy effect. I keep telling Mingyao I want to paint more - and i should. Adult things like work and deadlines distract you away from doing things like painting or doodling for no specific reason than for the passive motion of doing something that you just like to do. It seems that being an adult, most things must be done to fulfill an agenda. i think i shall start distilling Things I Like Doing into a list. some people are list people. my husband is not - he can remember a million things and numbers and facts without writing them down, but not me. i attest that to the fact that i am a dreamer so i need lists to ground me.
