what adults say to you when you were young - one day you will understand that it all makes sense. the tricky thing about life is, you can read about the future, but you can't experience life fast-forward. when they said - slap on your moisturiser and sunblock, now you look back and wish you did and you bark the same words to anybody younger. on the bigger scheme of things, i applaud and admire my parents, parents in general, for being brave. for being brave to create these systems that revolve around us children and putting those priorites in place, whatever they were. at the beginning of this new journey beginning with marriage i look at the long path ahead of me into the invisible far off, and now i understand what the older folks said about love, relationships, work, home, etc. etc. there's alot that is applicable. there's much to learn. at a certain stage in life, you learn to let go of less important things, and spread your love and time more selectively.
