in the mood for love


i think it was quite fun to work with tulips at this wedding. tulips have an interesting character. whether they are closed or open, the lines are very clean, structured, different from roses. and there's a very whimsical, graphical quality which i kinda like. this time i added some carnations and wildflowers for softness. i think i like working with flowers. my alternative dream job is to have a cafe that is a bookshop and a flower shop. the above shot was taken at at the first floor mark's house before we went upstairs for the tea ceremony.



now we have many leftover tulips at home...
