saturday! saturday!








i'm getting a bit crazy. i bought more flowers today. the roses from vietnam last week were a failure - i didn't know how to get them to bloom. the ones from china on the other hand, are beautiful. gorgeous. and there are these wild flowers, these red ones, i don't know what they are called. the branches are furry - like they grow in some wild woods. they are pretty but i realise they arn't good for a bridal bouquet. more flowers for the office on monday!

today mingyao picked me up from muji (they sell travel eye lash curlers.) where i bought a translucent box to dump all my womanly barangs of bottles and etc. etc. that were filling up on my table and we had lunch at sixth avenue and then a 60cents ice cream each from cold storage. we checked out siew jie's finished flat. she's moving stuff from our bedroom away to her new pad - i let her take our bedside table. she's leaving me her old bookshelf because she got new ones - i love the extra book space. my mountain of magazines were filling up on my bedside table.

the roses are awesome. i love the jugs and old winebottles fat and skinny we have at home to plonk them in. i wish i could use hydrangeas but they really die too fast. in two days.
