so i was speaking to somebody the other day who mentioned his girlfriend was staying with him, to see if they can live together before thinking about marriage, and he was also not sure if she was 'the one'. i didn't say this but my views on this were - you know the common saying, don't marry someone if you can live with her, marry if you can't live without her - i think this rings true for me. If you can't live without that person you will find all ways and means to live with her so you don't need to 'try' beforehand.

over the weekend we watched 'the note book' on television. we had both watched it before, but separately. it's my favourite movie now - he says. crazy in love or none at all.

dinner with granny over the weekend with aunt cooking up a feast, and present- opening later back at the yishun home. this year it was with two babies distracted by all the boxes and wanting to play with other toys than their own. fun.
