notes: inspiration

this weekend i did manage to nap on sunday afternoon, go for a short run and i also played with denzel at mingyao's house who is so awfully beautiful and cute. i can't wait till he is older than i can talk to him proper.

progress is okay at the house except that the kitchen tiles sent to the house - so many were damaged the contractor advised us to choose another one and get a refund for this batch, which is a huge bummer cos i really like this one that i chose, which is the right cement colour and grain and i've got to hurry up and go find a substitute. grrr. but okay take it in my stride and be thankful for everything.

i went to visit ee jie's house that is now complete and she had already bought some walnut-coloured furniture to match her doors. it's all white and clean. mingyao helped ee jie to put up the hooks for her master bedroom curtain.

starbuck's cherry and dark chocolate - or what's it's name i forgot - mocha coffee drink is the absolute best christmas drink i've ever had besides the mint ones. cherry-anything is really great most of the time anyhow. anyway check out this place for rent in tokyo by hiroshi nakamura, it's called 'dancing trees, singing birds':
