met my mama today and i took her to esmirada at orchard hotel. i must say i was disappointed. i guess, for somethings, only the first time remains magical. the soup was good and slurppy, the galic bread garlicky and endless but the main dish with the complicated name which i didnt' bother to remember was normal, some meat cheese dish which was not special, just alright. very romantic atmosphere, and i was stuffed. anna karenin is getting on depressingly fine. she's now deep into her affair and her husband is intent on a divorce. and vronsky is a stupid count. meanwhile, on a happier note, sparks are beggining to be renewed with levin and kitty. tolstoy is lighter reading than dotoevsky.

chin ee is coming back on monday! and she's bringing my edward hopper 'nighthawks' poster with her. i'm shyly excited to see her again. chic babe is here to stay!
