it's funny how things always appear so wonderfully laid out for me in my life. i did the subjects i liked, got to the jc i wanted to, and now i get a wonderfully PERFECT internship although i won't be here for the full term. i'm a being who needs to be inspired. i need to know passionate people and i need to read write and see things that seep into my blood and become part of me, so i can live.
i've been listening to the gilmore girls soundtrack the whole day in a cold office with a hot cup of tea, very cosy. it just makes you dream real. it's that squeezy heartburn-cos-the-world-is-wonderful-and-there-is-so-much-beauty kind of feeling that pinches you long. MY is going seattle and san fran on his own for hols. i'm so excited for him though it would be heaven if i could go with him too. I NEED MONEY! a godmother who dotes on me and who owns an apartment in seattle and another one in london and who sends me off on a fully paid trip every year! some day this may come true. it's nice to hope. or at least i hope i earn enough in the future to be my own fairy godmother.
steaming a little laughing a little irish prose and romantics poetry a little; responses to good tunes lace and shadow spaces; loves to scribble on butter paper; magic tool: good black ink pens

went to M's hostel today and watched five episodes of gilmore girls!!!!! wow. wonderful. superlicious! enough to sustain for the following week. yummy. sad too, some bits. been buying some clothes. sales are wonderful. sigh (a contented, thoughtful, smiling kind of sigh). and we had lunch together, and we had dinner together, and i hugged him all the way to the bus stop grabbing him and not letting go, and i loved the warmth of his hands.
i'm going to the airport tomorrow again to send siew off! hooray, love the airport, shall sit at a cafe after that and read my book quietly, where else can you find a place that serene these days? beautiful. holidays are one of the good things in life that makes it pretty. bliss.

Female Author Print Window sylvia plath
All day she plays at chess with the bones of the world:
Favored (while suddenly the rains begin
Beyond the window) she lies on cushions curled
And nibbles an occasional bonbon of sin.
Prim, pink-breasted, feminine, she nurses
Chocolate fancies in rose-papered rooms
Where polished higboys whisper creaking curses
And hothouse roses shed immortal blooms.
The garnets on her fingers twinkle quick
And blood reflects across the manuscript;
She muses on the odor, sweet and sick,
Of festering gardenias in a crypt,
And lost in subtle metaphor, retreats
From gray child faces crying in the streets.

So Tonight That I Might See
.......... Come up crash with the muses fells dust into ash
Come so close that I might see the light inside me, I might see
Let me hold you tight and arms tight and arms you lost your chance
Come so close that I might see the crash of light come down on me
With good luck I'll find the dark, stop me now
Find me to your heart
Let me hold you tight like rain and sunshine on a rainy day
See the lights
Come so close that I might see, see the light come down on me
Searching like the fresh goes by small like wind refuse to die
Free me now so I can see the taste of wind who lock me
Does the wind indeed like me
Does the wind indeed like me
With good luck I find the dark stop me now
Find me to your heart
Let me hold you tight like rain and sunshine on a rainy day
Let me hold you tight and arms tight and arms you lost your chance

The crash of light come down on me
The crash of light come down on me
Let me hold you tight and arms tight and arms you lost your chance
Come so close that I might see the crash of light come down on me
With spin luck I'll find the dark stop me now find me to your heart
The crash of light come down on me
So tonight the crash goes by
Small like wind and refuse to die
The crash of light come down on me
Come so close that I might see, see the light come down on me

wispy day, the first of may
a loopish quiet holiday
- airport morning; fly into dusk
prickish music, wanderlust
lumpish thighs, willow hair
laughing, kissing without a care
sisters lazing - sofa sculpture
a beady sunshower making a stir
the pa and the ma - flown away
away, away, but i'm here to stay
a forkfull of happy tete a tete
fretting-and hoping- to the drowsy beat

it's a weird morning, i could have lingered at the airport longer but no one wanted to hang and i felt jealous of those people flying away. ah those lucky fellas, i just so wanna fly about.
